Where We Deliver

We hand deliver fresh funeral flowers all over Sussex, London and everywhere in between. Local delivery is free for some Sussex postcodes, others will carry a small delivery fee to cover fuel and vehicle running costs.  London postcodes will carry a delivery fee to cover fuel, vehicle running costs and road tolls.

Silk flowers are delivered by our trusted couriers all over the UK and carry delivery charges.

Frames for florists are delivered all over the UK, however, we are restricted by the size we are able to send via our trusted couriers. We prefer to hand deliver and go as far as Oxford for orders over £500.  Delivery charges apply if you are not local.  Please check with us before ordering online is you are unsure.

Delivery Options & Scheduling

We understand that every arrangement is time-sensitive and deeply personal. That’s why we deliver on your preferred date and time, as mentioned in the Order Notes section at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery details are accurate at checkout to ensure timely and seamless service.  We will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your order requirements and delivery.

✅ Scheduled Delivery: On your selected date and time, ensuring your flowers arrive when needed for the service or tribute.

Processing Orders

All funeral arrangements are handled with care and urgency.

We require as much notice as possible to make your arrangements so once you have decided and have a date set for the funeral, please either make your purchase online or call us to place the order over the telephone.  

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message with a tracking number or delivery schedule for peace of mind.
For fresh funeral flowers only that we have hand delivered, we will send you a text message to confirm delivery has taken place.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your delivery address is correct and includes all necessary details (venue name, time, contact person, etc.).
We will contact you to discuss and check all of these details so please ensure you have given a correct contact phone number and email address at checkout.
