At Stems Uk, we are committed to bringing together excellence in floristry with outstanding customer services. We are not just a website, we are a small friendly family run business operating from our private studios in Sussex and London. We deliver fresh funeral tributes within London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex. We also send silk funeral tributes all over the UK & Ireland. 

Fresh Flowers

Refund Policy: All fresh items are made to order and we do not accept returns on fresh flowers as they are perishable goods. All tributes are made by Stems Uk using the freshest flowers bought daily for each individual order. We do not hold old stock of flowers. Your flowers will be exactly as pictured (very rarely we may have to substitute a particular flower due to availability).

We often film the arranging process for training and social media purposes, we also photograph arrangements upon safe delivery as proof of any item being undamaged and as described upon delivery.

Artificial Flowers

Refund Policy: All tributes are made to order by Stems Uk with great care and attention to detail. If there is a problem with your item please contact us upon receipt so we can try to rectify it. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours to organise a replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the items at your expense, unless agreed otherwise by us. 

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
